The program is free to join and gives Preferred Customers immediate access to NHT Global products at discounted prices - plus additional perks as a loyal customer. Upon enrolling, Preferred Customers purchase as much or as little product as they want, when they want - it’s that simple.
Preferred Customers enjoy NHT Global products for their personal use. Upon enrolling, Preferred Customers get immediate access to their favorite NHT Global products at a 25% discount. Preferred Customers are not eligible to participate in the NHT Global compensation plan or earn commissions for retailing the products, and they cannot qualify for incentives. However, they are given the option to become a distributor at any time. The Bonus Volume (BV) accumulated during the first 3 months as a Preferred Customer counts toward your member rank if upgrading within first 3 months.

Preferred Customers can enroll and shop directly from a member's replicating website. After clicking on "JOIN NOW" under MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner of the website, they'll be taken to an enrollment page where they'll be given the option to sign up as a Preferred Customer, select their desired products, and checkout.
You can place or manage orders 24/7 with the NHT Office loyalty portal. Log in to your NHT Office account by clicking “LOGIN” under MY ACCOUNT on our website. Once you've logged in using your ID number and password, you'll be able to view your order history, place new orders, and track prior purchases - all in one convenient location.
The NHT Office loyalty portal makes it easy to manage your account information in one place. Simply visit www.nhtglobal.com and click "LOGIN" under MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner. Once you've logged in to NHT Office using your ID number and password, you'll be able to access and manage all information related to your account.
Autoship is a convenient way for Preferred Customers to ensure a timely monthly delivery of their favorite NHT Global products while enjoying additional product discounts. All Preferred Customers are eligible to enroll in Autoship. Upon enrolling, Preferred Customers receive up to an additional 20% off promo packages.*
To sign up for Autoship, login to your account on the NHT Office portal, click on “Autoship,” and follow the required steps of selecting your preferred Autoship Package to complete the setup process. Autoship can be modified or cancelled at any time.

If an order is cancelled within 30 days (thirty days) of the initial order date, NHT Global will issue a full refund for the order minus any freight charges and commissions paid to the distributor. For order cancellations outside of 30 days, and up to 12 months from the time of order, NHT Global shall repurchase all product in a current, reusable and resalable condition at a price of no less than 90% (ninety percent) of the original net cost to the participant minus any freight charges and commissions paid to the distributor as a result of the sale of the returned product.

- Select the “New Member” tab in NHT Office.
- Select “Enroll Now” under the Preferred Customer column.
- Select desired products and checkout.
Yes. At any time during their Preferred Customer membership, a Preferred Customer can become a member and get paid for sharing NHT Global products. If a Preferred Customer upgrades to member status during the initial 3 months as a Preferred Customer, the BV from their personal consumption product purchases will be applied to their member rank.
Yes. To sign up, please visit the replicating website of the independent NHT Global member who referred you. If you do not already know an existing NHT Global member, we’ll be happy to connect you to a qualified member in your area. Simply visit our corporate website (www.nhtglobal.com) and click on “Find a Distributor” in the top area of our website.
No. There are no ongoing purchase requirements for you to maintain your Preferred Customer status.
Preferred Customers purchase NHT Global products for personal consumption only. They are not eligible to earn commissions and cannot qualify for incentives, nor are they allowed to retail product or enroll new Preferred Customers or members.
